摘要
CMMI是全球权威的软件能力成熟度模型,在中国方兴未艾。本文针对我国中小型软件企业的特点,结合笔者自身在CMMI3的启动、实施与持续改进工作中多年的探索研究和积累,试图提出一套快速有效的CMMI3实施方案,希望能够帮助那些准备或正在实施CMMI3以期降低成本、提升管理水平的企业,尽快达成目标。
CMMI is a global authority of software capability maturity model, which is not widely used in China. The thesis describes the characteristics of the small and medium software enterprises, combined with the author＇s own start in the CMMI3, implementation and continuous improvement work and the accumulation of many years of exploration and research to try to make a rapid and effective CMMI3 implementation of the program, hoping to help those who are ready or are in the CMMI3 implementation with a view to reduce costs, enhance the management level of enterprises, as soon as possible achieve their goals.
