摘要
项目管理成熟度模型作为评估和改进组织项目管理能力的重要手段,已得到国外众多项目型组织的认可和应用。本文从等级划分思想、模型构架等方面对比分析了国外目前主要的几种项目管理成熟度模型及其应用情况,旨在为我国项目型组织应用成熟度模型提升自身项目管理能力提供选择的参考。同时,结合我国实际情况,提出了我国企业应用项目管理成熟度模型的基本流程,并对应用过程中应注意的问题进行了分析,并作出结论和展望。
As an important means for evaluating and improving organizational project management capability, project management maturity model has been recognized and applied by many overseas project-oriented organizations. This paper comparatively analyses some major project management maturity models and their applications from the perspectives of levels dividing and model structure, in order that it can provide some references for domestic project-oriented organizations applying maturity models to improve project management ability. At the same time, this paper puts forward the basic process in which our country's enterprises apply the PMMM, analyzes some problems which exist in our country's project management appliance,and then gives out the conclusion and forecast.
