Reality and Countermeasures of the Quality for Universities Career Planning Courses——Based on Satisfaction Survey of Courses for Student Growth Needs

摘要 基于对大学生职业生涯规划课程的定位认同、课程内容、教学方法和实施效果进行调研分析,证明大学生职业生涯规划教育是十分必要的,并指出课程需要结合大学生所学专业,在课程内容和授课方式上更加贴近学生实际,尤其需要根据大学生不同阶段的需求进行创新和突破教学环节的限制。认为今后要需要通过对课程体系健全,教师队伍的建设、课程管理评价体系的建立,测评工具的推广等方式,提高和保证职业生涯规划课程的质量。 Based on the identity positioning, course content, teaching methods and effects of career planning courses in college, research and analyses are carded out to prove the necessity of providing career planning education for college students and to point out that the courses should be combined with their majors, with the course content and teaching methods being closer to the reality of students. In particular, innovation and breaking limitation of teaching link according to the needs of college students at different stages are required. The author also suggests approaches like improving the curriculum system, constructing ranks of teachers, establishing the evaluation system of curriculum management and popularizing assessment tools are needed to enhance and ensure the quality of career planning courses in the future.
