摘要
随着信息技术的发展,高校图书馆信息资源的网络化已趋成熟,做好新生的培训工作显得尤为迫切和必要。探讨了如何针对不同类型读者开展学生培训工作,并提出了新的培训模式,对未来培训工作进行了展望。
Along with the development of information technology,the networking of university library＇s information resources has gradually come to maturity.To do a good job of students＇ training is particularly urgent and necessary. This paper probes into the problem of how to carry out students＇ training for different readers,puts forward a new training mode,and prospects the future training work.
