摘要
首先分析了高校图书馆开展新生培训的必要性,并对传统的图书馆新生培训方法中存在的优缺点进行了剖析,在此基础上提出了几点新思考。
The necessity of the training of freshmen in university libraries is analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional training methods are explained and some new reflections are given.
