摘要
【目的】为了避免苏丹草青贮饲料开封后的二次发酵,通过添加甲醛,确定青贮饲料能否保持良好的发酵品质,达到延长新鲜储存时间的理想状态。【方法】对第一茬抽穗期苏丹草进行半干青贮,青贮时间为50d。试验设两种处理,即添加甲醛组和未添加甲醛组,每个组再分成两个小组:(1)贮存50 d后,一直开封,在此过程中分别在开封后的第0、3、8、15、20 d取样;(2)贮存50 d后,分别在开封后的第0、3、8、15、20 d开封,每次开封时间为30 min,并在此过程中取样后封口;测定青贮饲料感官评定指标和p H值随时间的变化。【结果】对未添加甲醛组而言,开封30 min/d处理的青贮饲料p H值比一直开封处理青贮饲料的低,两组之间差异极显著(P<0.01);对添加甲醛组而言,开封30 min/d处理青贮饲料的p H值比一直开封处理青贮饲料的低,两组之间差异显著(P<0.05);对添加甲醛组和未添加甲醛组而言,添加甲醛处理青贮饲料的色泽,气味,质地和p H值比未添加甲醛处理青贮饲料的更为理想,两组之间差异极显著(P<0.01)。【结论】添加甲醛且开封30 min/d处理的苏丹草青贮饲料,在贮后感官评定指标最为理想,能有效抑制其二次发酵。
【Objective】In order to avoid the second fermented silage after opening,formaldehyde is added to determine whether the silage can maintain its good quality and extend the ideal state of fresh storage time.【Method】The first crop of heading Sorghum sudanense was used for half- hay silage and the silage time was 50 days. Test with two kinds of processing,namely formaldehyde additive group and non- added formaldehyde group,each group was then divided into two groups: storage of 50 days later,remaining open; during this processing,sampling after 0,3,8,15,20 days; storage after 50 days,the opening time was 30 min / d.After this,silage sensory evaluation and p H value variation with time was determined. 【Result】As for the non- added formaldehyde,silage after being opened for 30 min / d treatment,p H value was lower than the silage that was opening all the time. Significant difference was found between the two groups( P 0. 01); As for the added formaldehyde,silage after being opened 30 min / d treatment,p H value was more ideal than the silage that was opening all the time,which could maintain the silage p H,the difference between the two groups was significant( P 0. 05); For both of the groups,adding,the color,smell,texture and p G value were all more ideal than the non- added ones. The most ideal time for silage open was 30 min / d,which could improve silage fermentation quality,delaye the time of fermentation. 【Conclusion 】The results indicated that adding formaldehyde additives in the half- dry Sorghum sudanense silage had some inbibitional effects on regulating the p H value and reducing the loss of nutrient contents.
