摘要
对传统的异烟酸 -吡唑啉酮比色法测定 CN- 的条件进行了优化 ,并用于测定杂交苏丹草体内 CN- 的含量。结果表明 ,苏丹草在苗期体内 CN-含量较高 ,达 16 3mg/ kg。
The CN - determination conditions of traditional iso nicotinic acid 1 phenyl 3 methul 5 pyrazolone colorimetric method were optimized. The optimal conditions were λ max =636.5 nm, pH=7. The best time for absorbance determination was one hour after coloration. The linear range and detection limit were 0~0.829 6 mg/L and 5.377 μg/L respectively. The CN - content of hybrid Sudan grass was determined by the optimum method. The results showed that the CN - content in hybrid Sudan grass was 163 mg/kg at seedling time, it was higher than other developmental stages.
