甲醛及贮后开封方式对新疆小芦苇青贮饲料感官评定指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】研究新疆小芦苇青贮饲料开封后出现二次发酵的问题,探索抑制新疆小芦苇青贮饲料二次发酵的变化规律和最好的抑制方法。【方法】用不同处理抽穗期的新疆小芦苇为原料,用添加甲醛且贮后一直开封、添加甲醛且开封30min/d、未添加甲醛且贮后一直开封、未添加甲醛且开封30min/d等4种方法制作半千青贮,青贮贮存时间为50d,贮存50d后,测定青贮饲料感官评定指标和pH值随时问的变化规律。为广大农牧民提供合理利用饲料作物的科学方法。【结果】添加甲醛处理组与未添加甲醛处理两个组互相比较,添加甲醛处理组的色泽、气味、质地和pH值更为理想,其中添加甲醛且每天定时(07:30—08:00)开封30min/d处理的效果最佳。【结论】未添加甲醛且开封30min/d处理的新疆小芦苇青贮饲料在贮后感官评定的指标更好。添加甲醛处理组而言:添加甲醛且开封30min/d处理的新疆小芦苇青贮饲料在贮后感官评定的指标最为理想,但添加甲醛处理组与未添加甲醛处理两个大组相互比较,添加甲醛且开封30min/d处理的新疆小芦苇青贮饲料在贮后感官评定的指标比其他组更佳,能有效抑制青贮饲料的二次发酵。 [ Objective] This project aims to effectively avoid the problem of a secondary fermentation after opening of Xinjiang small reed silage, explore the change rule of the secondary fermentation of Xinjiang small reed silage and the best inhibition method. [ Method] The test materials were Xinjiang small reed stapf at the heading stage by different treatments. The four methods: silage with added formaldehyde during storage was open, the silage with added formaldehyde during storage was open 30 rain/d, the silage without any added formaldehyde during storage was always open, and the silage without any added formaldehyde during storage was open 30 min/d were used to produce half- dry silage. The storage time was 50 days long and after that, their sensory evaluation indexes and pH's change rule with time were tested in order provide scientific methods for rational use of forage crop for farmers and herdsmen. [ Result ] For formaldehyde - added group and group without formaldehyde, the group treated with added formaldehyde, the silage color, smell, texture and pH value were more ideal than those of silage without formaldehyde, among which, especially the group with added formaldehyde treatment processing at the fixed time (7:30 -8:00) and open 30 min/d was the best. [ Conclusion ] The results indicated that the effect of adding formaldehyde to silage with 30 min/d open treatment processing was best, which could effectively inhibit silage secondary fermentation.
