摘要
在人力资源管理的教学中以协同办公为基础,以工作流分析和定制基础,定制基于人力资源管理实际的仿真平台,既可以使学生了解协同办公平台的基本原理和基本架构,克服沙盘模拟的不足,又可以使学生了解人力资源管理实务,改进实践教学效果。
In the teaching of human resources management, to customize a simulation platform based on the practice of human resources management with collaborative office, workflow analysis and customization as the basis, can not only help students learn about the basic principles and framework of collaborative office platform and overcome the shortcomings of sandbox simulation, but also help students know about the practice of human re-sources management and improve the effect of practice teaching.
