摘要 人力资源管理专业的实践性较强,但由于受到各方面条件的制约,人力资源管理专业实践教学存在一些问题,本文以广西师范学院人力资源管理专业的实践教学为例对这些问题进行分析,并针对存在的问题提出以下改革措施:制定与完善实践教学管理制度,构建实践教学体系;加强实践教学师资队伍的建设;多渠道筹集资金,加强模拟实验室的建设。 The major of Personnel Resource Management has an obvious practical characteristic. But due to the restriction of all kinds of conditions, some problems still exist in this major. This paper will analyze these problems by taking the practical teaching of the major of Personnel Resource Management of Guangxi Teachers Education University as examples, and propose the following reforming measures to the problems: to work out and perfect the management system of the practical teaching; to strengthen the construction of teaching staff of practical teaching; to raise funds from different channels to improve the build-up of simulation labs.
