摘要
法治思维是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的题中之意。法治思维不是职业思维、法律思维,而是良法思维,包括法律信仰、职权法定、程序正当、责任意识四个核心要素。大学生法治思维的培育有三种途径:一是以树立大学生法律信仰理念为宗旨,培养大学生对法治价值的认同感;二是进一步发挥课堂教学主渠道作用,调整法治教育教学内容,提高法治教育师资质量;三是以公众参与为途径,培育大学生的现代法律意识。
In order to cultivate and practice the socialist core values,the rule of law thinking is learnt. The rule of law thought is not professional thought and law thought,but conscience law thinking,which includes four core elements which are,legal faith,authority,due process,and legal responsibility consciousness. There are three ways to cultivate the rule of law thinking of college students. Firstly,to establish college students＇ idea of law belief,and cultivate college students＇ identity of the value of the rule of law; secondly,to let the class teaching play an important role,to adjust the teaching content of the law education,and to improve teachers＇ quality; thirdly,to encourage the public participation,and cultivate the modern legal consciousness of college students.
