摘要
在建设法治中国这一新时代背景下,当代大学生肩负着实现民族复兴的大任,他们是依法治国的参与者以及中坚力量。大学生的法治素养水平必将影响中国的法治进程,法治教育显得更加重要。“思想道德修养与法律基础”课程作为大学生法治教育的主渠道,应依据2018版教材体系,帮助学生实现从理论认知到行为实践的“知行合一”的法治教育效果。开设法律通识课程作为“基础”课程的延伸,能够为大学生的法治教育起到积极的补充作用。
Under the background of the new era of building a country ruled by law,contemporary college students shoulder the great responsibility of realizing national rejuvenation.They are the participants and backbone of the rule of law.The level of their legal quality will definitely affect the process of the rule of law in China,and legal education is even more important.As the main channel of legal education for college students,the course of“Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Fundamentals of Law”(hereinafter referred to as“fundamentals”)should be based on the 2018 textbook system to help students realize the“integration of knowledge and action”from theoretical cognition to behavioral practice.Establishing general courses in law as an extension of the“fundamentals”course can play a positive role in supplementing the legal education of college students.
