摘要
目的观察舒肝顺气丸保肝利胆药效学作用,评价其药效作用强度与范围,为舒肝顺气丸的中药再评价及临床应用提供药理学依据。方法通过对小鼠及大鼠胆汁分泌的影响、对家兔胆总管生物电及胆囊结石的溶解作用,观察其对胆汁分泌的影响。结果舒肝顺气丸高、中剂量和舒肝健胃丸能显著增加小鼠胆汁分泌量、促进给药30 min及90 min后大鼠胆汁的分泌、降低胆固醇含量、升高胆酸含量、对胆固醇结石和胆色素结石具有溶解作用,还可抑制新结石的形成、且能不同程度的促进高幅间隔峰形电位出现(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论舒肝顺气丸有促进胆汁分泌的功能,调节胃肠运动、保肝利胆作用,为舒肝顺气丸的中药再评价及临床应用提供药理学依据。
Objective To observe the cholagogue pharmacodynamics study of shugan shunqi pills and evaluate the pharmacodynamics strength and range so as to provide the pharmacologic evidences for the revaluation and clinical application of shugan shunqi pills. Methods Through the impacts on bilifaction in the mice and rats,the bioelectricity of common bile duct and dissolution of gallstone in the rabbits,the effect of the medicine on bilifaction was observed. Results Shugan shunqi pills of high dose and middle dose,and shugan jianpi pills increased significantly biliation volume in the mice,promoted the bile secretion in the rats in 30 min and 90 min,reduced cholesterol content,increased acid content,dissolution of cholesterol calculus and cholochrome stone,inhibited the formation of new stone and promoted the appearance of high amplitude peak potential（ P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shugan shunqi pills promote bilifaction,regulate gastrointestinal motility and protect liver and gallbladder,which provides the pharmacologic evidence for the revaluation and clinical application of it.
