摘要
目的 :研究十二指肠给甘草浸膏后对大鼠的利胆作用。方法 :胆总管插管引流 ,分别收集给药后 1、2、3、4、5小时的胆汁 ,计量并测定胆汁中直接胆红素含量。结果 :1 0ml/kg、5ml/kg甘草浸膏能显著促进麻醉大鼠的胆汁分泌 ,并能显著增加单位时间内胆汁中直接胆红素的含量 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。作用持续 1～ 2小时。结论
Objective:To investigate effects of exactum glycyrrhizae of the biliary secretion in rat.Methods:By means of biliary duct cannula bile are colleted at 1h?2h?3h?4h?5h after intraduodenal administration.The quantity of bile and the concentration of bilirubin in bile are counted Results:Extractum glycyrrhizae at the doses of 10ml/kg and 5ml/kg could significantly increase the biliary secretion and elevate bilirubin concentration in bile ( P <0 05, P <0 01).Conclusion:The results indicate that extractum glycyrrhizae have cholagogic effect.
