摘要
介绍了30t轴重摇枕铸件的结构特点和铸造工艺难点,确定了摇枕铸件的工艺方案,包括主要工艺参数、浇冒口系统、造型及制芯工艺、浇注温度和打箱时间、清理及热处理规范,利用华铸CAE铸造数值模拟软件对充型过程流场和凝固过程温度场进行了模拟分析。试生产结果表明,利用整体芯技术和新型酯硬化水玻璃砂工艺,可获得符合重载要求的优质铸件产品。
The structural characteristics and the difficulties of casting process for swing bolster loaded with 30-ton axle were introduced. The casting process of bolster was determined, including the main process parameters, gating and riser system, molding and core making process, pouring temperature and opening time, cleaning and heat treatment specification. The flow field during filling process and the temperature field in solidification process were simulated and analyzed by InteCAST CAE casting numerical simulation soft-ware. Trial production results show that the high quality castings produced by one-piece core technique and new ester hardening sodium silicate sand process can meet the requirements of heavy load.
