打箱时间对Cr28铸铁组织和性能的影响

摘要 研究了Cr28铸铁衬板浇注后不同打箱时间对其组织和性能的影响。结果显示,Cr28铸铁的铸态组织主要是由马氏体和M7C3碳化物及残余奥氏体组成;随着浇注后打箱时间的延长,初生碳化物形貌变化不大,呈六角状,共晶碳化物由板条状向块片状变化。浇注后3 h打箱,材料具有较好的硬度,硬度达57.5 HRC、冲击韧度(Ak)为4.5 J,性能接近材料1 040℃正火+100℃回火后的性能。分析了浇注后不同的打箱时间材料性能变化的原因。 The effects of different shake out time on microstructure and properties of Cr28 casting iron were studied. The results show that Cr28 casting iron mainly consisting of martensite matrix and remained austenite and different shape carbide M7C3. The hardness and toughness of Cr28 casting iron reduce gradually as shake out time lengthens. It has better hardness and toughness after shaking out at keep warm for 3 hours and can obtained properties with hardness HRC57.5, impact toughness Ak4.5 J, and nearly same with the properties of Cr28 casting iron after normalizing at 1 040 ℃ and tempering at 100 ℃. Analysis the reasons of properties change as shake out time different.
