台车用QT500-7A铸态球墨铸铁生产中成分及打箱时间的控制

摘要 采用中频感应电炉熔炼,选取鞍山本地生铁、重稀土球化剂和钡硅铁孕育剂等原材料,生产出铸态铁素体和珠光体混合基体的球墨铸铁。生产实践及试验表明,在给定工艺条件下,材质成分及打箱时间的控制,对铸态下稳定地获得球铁的期望组织和性能至关重要。打箱时间控制在16~21hN条件下,可以有效控制伸长率在7%~12%范围内,以适量Cu进行合金化,可有效控制球铁珠光体比例。同时,还给出了台车铸态球铁生产中相应的具体成分、球化和孕育工艺。 The medium-frequency induction furnace was employed to produce the ductile cast iron, whose matrix is the mixture of ferrite and pearlite. The local pig iron from Anshan was used as raw material, and heavy rare earth as nodulizer and ferrosilicon barium as inoculant. The production practice and tests show that under the given condition, the control of chemical composition and shakeout time is of crucial importance for obtaining the expected microstructure and mechanical property in as-cast state. If the shakeout time is between 16-21 h, the elongation can be controlled in the range of 7%-12%. Alloying by adding adequate Cu element can control the volume percentage of pearlite in ductile cast iron. In this paper, the specific chemical composition, spheroidizing and inoculation process were also presented.
