摘要
为提高球铁曲轴材料的综合性能,试验了下列措施:①采用感应炉熔炼,净化铁液;②选用合理的化学成分,加入适量的Cu、Mo合金元素;③选用低稀土球化剂FeSiMg8RE3;④采用盖包球化处理法和复合孕育处理;⑤采用部分奥氏体化正火处理。结果是25 mm厚Y试块的σb达到836.6~844.6 MPa,δ达到5.2%~7.4%。
With the purpose to increase comprehensively properties of nodular iron for making crankshafts, the following measures were tried: a) melting in induction furnace; b) adopting proper chemical composition, and adding proper amount of Cu and Mo as alloying elements; c) adopting low rare earth content nodularizing alloy FeSiMg8RE3; d) adopting Tundish ladle nodularizing process and compound inoculation; e) adopting normalizing treatment with incomplete austenizing heating. As a result, the comprehensive mechanical properties of 25 mm Y-block reached: σb 836.6~844.6 MPa,δ 5.2%~7.4%.
