摘要
以奥氏体球墨铸铁为研究对象,研究其低温冲击的断裂行为。首先研究奥氏体球墨铸铁在冲击断裂过程中裂纹形成功及裂纹扩展功等各部分能量随温度的变化规律:奥氏体球墨铸铁在20^-196℃温度范围内冲击吸收功呈先上升后下降的趋势,裂纹的亚稳扩展能量是决定低温冲击性能的主要因素。其次研究奥氏体球墨铸铁低温延性断裂行为的微观机理,采用SEM断口分析方法系统研究不同温度下奥氏体球墨铸铁延性断裂的裂纹萌生、扩展过程及随温度演变规律。
The ductile fracture mechanism of austenitic ductile iron under ultra-low temperature impact load was studied. The fracture behavior with temperature of austenitic ductile iron under impact load was studied. The energy of crack formation and crack propagation during the impact fracture were determined by the impact experiment. The impact absorption energy increase firstly and then decline in the trend with the decreasing of temperature, the metastable propagation energy is the main factor on low-temperature impact property. The microscopic mechanism of ductile fracture behavior at ultra-low temperature of austenitic ductile iron was also studied. Crack initiation and propagation of ductile fracture at different temperatures were analyzed by using in-situ fracture metallographic observation method.
