摘要
采用传统的工艺设计方法对40 t轴重侧架铸件进行工艺设计,并利用ZCAST软件进行数值模拟研究,优化侧架铸造工艺设计,从而获得优质铸件。
The traditional casting process was used for casting of the 40-ton axle railway wagons side frame,and the ZCAST Software was employed to optimize the casting process.Finally,the high quality castings were obtained.
