摘要
目的观察缩泉丸对自然衰老大鼠一般状态、肾上腺系数及血清中皮质醇(Cort)、T3、T4含量的影响。方法采用ELISA方法测量空白对照组、模型对照组、金匮肾气丸组、缩泉丸高、中、低剂量组血中Cort、T3、T4的含量,并称量肾上腺重量计算其系数。每天观察并记录动物的状态,包括活动、外观形态、毛色光泽、精神状态等变化。结果缩泉丸可以明显改善自然衰老大鼠的一般情况;缩泉丸中、高剂量组动物血清中Cort含量明显升高(P<0.05);缩泉丸高剂量组血清中T3含量明显升高(P<0.05);缩泉丸高剂量组动物血清中T4含量明显升高(P<0.05);缩泉丸低、中、高剂量可以显著增加自然衰老大鼠肾上腺系数(P<0.05)。结论缩泉丸可以提高自然衰老大鼠血中Cort、T3、T4含量,也可以增加自然衰老大鼠肾上腺系数,可能是其发挥温肾缩尿的作用机理。
Objective The mechanism of SQW warming kidney was investigated by observing the effects of SQW on general state and the content of cort、T3 、T4 and adrenal coefficient in natural aging rats. Methods inspecting the contents of Cort、T3、T4 in blood with ELISA among control group,model group, SQW group, and Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan group, weighing adrenal weight and calculating the coefficient, observing and recording the status of the animals , including the activities , morphology , color gloss , mental status changes every day. Results SQW can significantly improve the general situation of natural aging rats , the content of Cort increase markedly in serum of SQW high and middle dose group,the content of T3 and T4 increase markedly in serum of SQW high dose group ,the adrenal coefficient of SQW low, middle and high dose group significantly increased . Conclusion SQW can increase naturally aging rats Cort、 T3、 T4 levels in blood , and can also increase the natural aging rat adrenal factors,which may play its role in the mechanism of reduction of urine warming kidney .
