摘要
基于社会活动和社会撤离理论,通过对医学理论、社会文化及老年人自身对于衰老的不同叙述进行梳理。基于2016年5月在北京市西城区Q社区的观察和访谈资料,分析现有的医养结合制度设计和服务实践中所暗含的社会意义及其作用方式,并进一步探讨关于医养结合的制度设计和服务实践如何影响和塑造了老年人自身的身份认同。
Under the activity and disengagement theories of aging, this paper sorted out various medical theories, social cultures and the elderly’s accounts related to aging. Based on the observation and interview of a community Q in Xicheng District of Beijing in May, 2016, this paper analyzed the institutional design of ＂integrating health care and elderly care＂and its social impacts in the process of operation. Then this paper discussed how the institutional design and implementation of the policy influenced the elderly’s identity.
