摘要
实践教育对于提高高等教育质量、促进大学生成长成才,具有极其重要的作用。江西农业大学坚持以人为本,学以致用,结合生产教学实践、科技服务实践、社会调研实践"三实践",依托教学实践基地、科技服务项目、学生社团活动"三平台",强化第一课堂与第二课堂、校内实践与校外实践、教育培养与服务社会"三结合",构建了实践教育"三三三"模式;结合"参与度、纵深度、有效度、信誉度"等方面,分析了实践教育存在的问题与不足。借鉴德国双元制教育模式的特色和经验,结合制度建设、体系建设、标准建设、协同创新,对本科生实践教学提出了改进对策。
Practice education is of great importance to the education quality and college students'growth.Adhering to the educational philosophy of being people-oriented and practicing what you learnt,Jiangxi Agricultural University adopted a"three-three-three"model of practice education:combining the"three practices"of the production-teaching practice,the science and technology service practice and the social survey practice,basing the model on the"three platforms"of the teaching practice base,the science and technology services project,the student club activities,and strengthening the"three intra-and extra-mural combinations"of the first and the second classrooms,the on-campus and the off-campus practices,the education training and the serving-society.In this paper,the problems and shortcomings of education are analyzed in terms of engagement,depth,validity and credibility.Based on the characteristics and experience of education model of German dual system,the countermeasures are put forward in combination with institutional construction,system construc.tion,standard construction and collaborative innovation.
