摘要
目的观察更年益胶囊对去卵巢大鼠的血清性激素水平和子宫、肾上腺脏器系数的影响,探讨其治疗更年期综合征的作用机理。方法取70只SD大鼠随机分为7组:假手术组、去卵巢对照组、乙烯雌酚组、更年安胶囊组、更年益胶囊高、中、低剂量组。假手术组和模型组给等体积蒸馏水,其余各组给药30 d,末次给药24 h后,取血清,放免法测定血清性激素水平,处死后,测定肾上腺、子宫重量计算脏器系数,并对子宫和肾上腺进行组织学观察。结果胶囊各剂量组对血清E2水平有一定的提高作用,同时能显著增加去势大鼠子宫系数,并可改善去势大鼠子宫和肾上腺的一些病理改变。结论胶囊缓解更年期综合征的作用与从多环节调节生殖内分泌功能有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Gengnianyi capsule on serum sex hormone levels and the uterus,adrenal organ coefficient of ovariectomized rats and to explore its mechannism for treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods 70 SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: sham-operated group,ovariectomized control group,diethylstilbestrol group,Gengnian'an capsule group,Gengnianyi capsule high,medium and low-dose groups.Sham-operation group and model group were given an equal volume of distilled water and the remaining groups administered Gregnianyi capsule for 30d.24 hours after the last administration,blood from the abdominal aorta was collected,separated,sex hormone levels were measured by radioimmunoassay,organ coefficient of adrenal and uterus was detected,and the histological changes of uterus and adrenal glands were observed.Results Gengnianyi capsule high dose group could make serum E2 level increase to some extent,significantly increase the coefficient of the uterus in ovariectomized rats and improve pathological changes of the ovariectomized rat such as uterus and adrenal atrophy,smaller cavity diameter,the uterus fewer endometrial glands and muscle layer under the thin.Conclusion Gengnianyi capsule can alleovate menopausal syndrome and the mechanism may be related to the multiple regulation of reproductive endocrine function.
