摘要
教育民生是真正的中国教育及中国问题。在中国传统民生观中,教育一直被视为一项重要的民生追求,是治国理念的一个重要组成部分。教育与国家和民生需求之间存在着不可分割的联系,教育不仅是维系国家存在的需要,还是维持社会继续存在的需要;更进一步地,教育是社会发展、社会改造的需要。发展教育民生正成为世界各国的一种共识和主动追求。教育民生通过对公平的追求实现个人利益和国家利益的统一。将教育民生作为一种国家责任和国家担当,是教育功能认识上的一个新发展。
In Chinese traditional perspective, education has been regarded as an important project of people/s livelihood and an important part of national governance idea. There is an indivisible connection between education and state and the need of people's livelihood. Education is the necessity to maintain the existence of the state as well as the society. Further, education is also the need of social development and reconstruction. Consequently, developing people's livelihood in education has become the consensus and initiative pursuit of all countries around the world. Peoplels livelihood in education tries to realize the unity of the individual interest and national interest by pursuing the justice. It is a new development of the understanding in educational function by treating people's livelihood in education as the national responsibility and duty.
