为了满足社会的需求,高职院校的课程改革势在必行。通过对《食品理化检验》课程的教学改革,培养学生具备熟练的检验技能和较强的职业素养,提高运用理论知识解决实际问题的能力,使学校与企业真正的做到"零对接"。
