摘要
木聚糖酶是目前应用非常广泛的一种工业酶。其在饲料、食品、造纸及能源等领域发挥越来越大的作用。本文综述了木聚糖酶的生化特性、发酵方式、现代生物技术在木聚糖酶研究方面的应用以及酶的纯化。
Xylanase is the wide application of a kind of industrial enzymes. It play a more and more important role in pulp and bleaching processes, food and feed industries. Biochemistry, fermentation modes, modem biological technology in the study of xylanase and enzyme purification was reviewed.
