摘要
井下作业是石油生产的一个重要组成部分,是油田生产单位正常运行的一个保障。井下作业是按照生产型单位的管理模式运行的,随着井口数的增加,作业任务加重,大量私有制的作业队涌现出来,国有的作业单位却出现了作业质量差等问题。运用层次分析法,建立了一套合理有效地评价体系,通过该评价体系,找出影响作业服务质量的主要问题,解决了这些主要问题,很好地提高作业服务质量,为油田生产创造更广更大的价值。
Downhole operation is an important part of oil production, and it is an important indemnification of the normal operation of oilfield production units. Downhole operation runs according to the management mode of production units. With downhole operation task increasing, a large number of private ownership operation teams present, while the operation quality of state-owned downhole operation teams become bad. For this reason, a downhole operation service quality evaluation system is established, and the main problems of influencing the downhole operation quality can be found using the evaluation system. The service quality of downhole operation can be improved to create more value for oilfield production by solving these problems.
