摘要
介绍了质量文化的相关概念,建立了井下作业单位的质量文化测评体系,并以某采油厂作业大队为对象进行测评。通过测评结果找到了存在的问题,并制定了相应的对策,使其质量文化更加完善,提高了作业大队的施工质量。
The relevant concepts of quality culture are introduced, the quality culture assessment system for downhole operation units is established, and the downhole operation group of an oil production plant evaluation system is assessed using the quality culture as- sessment system. The problems are found through the assessment results, and the corresponding countermeasures are formulated, so that the quality culture and the construction quality of the downhole operation group is improved.
