摘要
阐述了5S管理的相关概念、内涵,以及应用情况。通过在钻井、试修队推行5S管理,对修旧利废品质加以关注,既有利于提高企业的规范化管理水平,也能够减少浪费,控制生产成本,从而提高经营效益。提出了5S管理的改进建议。
The concept and content of 5S management and its applications are expounded. Through implementing 5S management in drilling teams and test and workover teams and paying close attention to the use quality of old and waste things, the standardization management level of enterprises is improved, waste is reduced and production cost is controlled so to improve the economic benefit of enterprises.
