益气活血方对压力超负荷致大鼠心肌肥厚的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Prescription on Rat's Myocardial Hypertrophy Due to Pressure Overload

摘要 目的:观察益气活血方对压力超负荷致心肌肥厚大鼠的血流动力学、形态学及神经内分泌因子影响。方法:采用腹主动脉缩窄法制作压力超负荷致心肌肥厚模型。造模4周后,分为假手术组(S组),模型组(M组),依那普利组(E组)、卡维地洛组(C组)及益气活血方组(SQAB组),观察8周的血流动力学参数、心率(HR)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(HMI、LVMI)、血清ANP、BNP含量、形态学等。结果:与S组相比,M组血压及心室内压显著升高,CO下降明显,心脏指数及血清ANP、BNP含量明显上升(P<0.05),心肌组织肥厚明显。与M组相比,SQAB组具有降低LVSP、升高±dp/dtmax,减慢HR,增加CO,降低HMI及血清ANP、BNP含量的作用(P<0.05),改善心肌肥厚程度。结论:益气活血方具有改善压力超负荷致心肌肥厚大鼠的血流动力学,提高心输出量,减轻心肌肥厚,改善神经内分泌因子的作用。 Objective : To investigate effect of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Prescription on the rat model of myocardial hypertrophy induced by pressure overload about hemodynamics, morphology and neurohumoral factor. Methods : Hypertrophic myocardium was induced by partial abdominal aortic constriction (AC) in rats. After 4 weeks, the rats were randomly divided into sham - operation group ( S), AC model group ( M), Enalapril group ( E), Carvedilol Group ( C), Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Prescription treatment group (SQAB). The contents of the he- modynamic, heart rate (HR), cardiac output (CO), cardiac index (HMI and LVMI) , serum level of ANP and BNP and morphology of myocardium were respectively measured after 8 weeks' treatment. Results : BP ; LVSP, LVEDP, HMI and LVMI increased. CO decreased and the serum levels of ANP and BNP increased in M group compared with those of S group ( P 〈 0. 0 5 ) . Compared with M group , SQAB group decreased LVSP and HR and increased + dp / dtmax ( P 〈O. 05). In addition, SQAB could increase CO and significantly decrease the levels of HMI and serum levels of ANP and BNP after 8 weeks' treatment (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion : We can improve the hemodynamic status of the myocardial hypertrophic rats to increase their cardiac output, inhibit the myocardial hypertrophy and reduce the level of neurohumoral factor by using Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Prescription.
