摘要
陈可冀参照传统中医思辨特点,以“虚”“瘀”“水”统领充血性心力衰竭中医病机,病证结合,将充血性心力衰竭分为3型。以传统古方为基础,结合中药现代药理学研究成果进行辨证施治,取得理想疗效。
According to the considering characteristics of Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, Chen Keji applied deficiency, blood stasis and pathogenic water as the presidential pathological explanation for Congestive heart failure （CHF）, and by the integrated method of Disease in Western Medicine and Syndrome in TCM, classified it into 3 syndrome differentiation types. Based on traditional prescriptions, referring to modem pharmacological research achievements of TCM herbs, He made the therapeutic managements for patients with CHF, and obtained ideal efficacy.
