摘要
目的探讨活血通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法选择我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者122例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用口服地奥心血康治疗,观察组采用活血通脉汤进行治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果和血流动力学改善情况。结果观察组临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血流动力学改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用活血通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,可以有效改善患者血流动力学指标,具有良好的抗心肌缺血的效果,值得在临床上大力推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients with clinical therapeutic effect and application value. Methods A total of 122 cases of angina pcctoris of coronary heart disease patients as the research object in our hospital ,randomly divided into the ob- servation group and the control group,the control group were treated with oral I）AXXK treatment, observation group were treated with Tongmai Decoction for promoting blood circulation, to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and blood flow dynamics to improve the situation. Results The observation group than the control group clinical curative effect ,the statistical analysis ,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Improve the hemodynamics of observation group than in the control group,the statistical analysis and comparison,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups was statistically ana- lyzed, no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease significantly, can effectively improve the hemodynamics index, has good resistance to myocardial ischemia effect, is worth promoting in clinical use.
