摘要
目的:探讨活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛急性发作的临床疗效。方法:将60例患冠心病心绞痛的患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组30例采用西医常规治疗,观察组30例在对照组治疗的基础上采用活血汤治疗。两周为1个疗程,3个疗程后对比观察两组的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗中均无不良反应;与对照组相比,观察组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TG、TC明显下降,与对照组相比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:活血汤可以显著改善患者的心功能,降低血脂,治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效较好。
Objective ： To discuss the clinical effects of Huoxue Decoction for treating the acute attack of coronary heart disease and angina pec, toris. Methnds ：60 cases with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The control group was treated by western medical routine therapy;the observation group was treated with the same therapy as the observation group combined with Huoxue Decoction. The therapeutic effects were compared after 3 treatment courses （two weeks as a treatment course）. Results：The total effective rate was 93.3%, which was higher than that of the control group （63.3%） ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） and no adverse reaction appeared in both groups. Compared with the control group,the attack frequency and duration of angina pectoris of the observation group greatly de- creased and the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Huoxue Decoction can significantly improve the heart function of the patients, reduce the blond lipid level and has good effects on the coronary heart disease and angina peetoris.
