摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺动脉高压的临床效果。方法:将确诊为COPD且合并肺动脉高压的患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组应用抗炎、平喘、化痰及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟中药汤剂润肺活血汤口服,两组疗程均为1个月,统计对比两组患者治疗前后肺功能、证候积分、肺动脉压力、6 min步行试验的变化。结果:总显效率治疗组(88.0%)优于对照组(74.0%),P<0.05,有统计学意义;且降低肺动脉压力、提高6 min步行距离方面,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压患者的疗效确切,可改善患者的临床症状、降低肺动脉压力、提高生活质量。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）with pulmonary hypertension. Methods：The diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）and combined with pulmonary artery hypertension patients with 100 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 50 cases. The control group was treated with anti-inflammatory,asthma,phlegm,and symptomatic treatment,treatment group in the control group based on the use of Runfei Huoxue Decoction,the course of treatment in the two groups are 1 month variation in statistical comparisons between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with pulmonary function,syndrome integral,six minutes walk test. Results：The significant rate of the treatment group（88.0%）was better than that of the control group（74.0%）,P〈0.05,statistical significance;and improve the six minutes walking distance,in treatment group than in control group,P〈0.05,statistical significance. Conclusion：Combined treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary hypertension patients with Chinese and Western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
