摘要
目的建立复方樟脑搽剂中薄荷脑、樟脑、液化苯酚的含量测定方法。方法用一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定该制剂中樟脑的含量;用紫外分光光度法测定该制剂中液化苯酚的含量;用旋光法测定该制剂中薄荷脑的含量。结果樟脑的平均回收率为101.93%,RSD为0.59%,线性范围为5~15 mg·ml^-1;液化苯酚的平均回收率为98.04%,RSD为1.10%,线性范围为10~60μl·ml^-1;薄荷脑的平均回收率为99.53%,RSD为0.16%,线性范围为5~40 mg·ml^-1。测得4批复方樟脑搽剂样品中樟脑、液化苯酚、薄荷脑的平均含量分别为标示量的102.60%、99.99%、102.25%,均符合外用制剂药物含量要求。结论应用该法测定复方樟脑搽剂中3组分的含量,简便、快速、准确,适用于医院制剂的快速检测。
Objective To establish a method for determining camphor, phenol, menthol in Compound Camphor Liniment. Methods First-order derivative UV spectrophotometry was used to determine camphor, UV spectrophotometry to determine liquefied phenol, and polarimetry to determine menthol in the preparation. Results The average recovery of camphor was 101.93 % （RSD =0.59% ） ,and the linear range was 5 - 15 mg .ml^-1. The recovery of liquefied phenol was 98.04% （RSD = 1. 10% ）,while the linear range was 10 -60 μl .ml^-1. The recovery of menthol was 99.53% （RSD =0.16% ） ,and the linear range was 5 -40 mg.ml^-1. The average content of camphor, liquefied phenol, and menthol in four samples was 102.60% ,99.99% , 102.25 % , respectively, meeting the requirements of the liniment. Conclusion This method is simple, quick and accurate, which can be used for the determination of Compound Camphor Liniment in the hospital.
