摘要
目的建立测定皮炎舒乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,并比较内标法、外标法的结果。固定相:ODS-C18;流动相:甲醇-水(60∶40);流速:1.0 m L/min;检测波长:240 nm。结果内标法回收率101.7%,RSD为0.47%(n=9);外标法回收率101.6%,RSD为2.02%(n=9)。结论采用内标法,可避免因样品前处理误差对测定结果的影响,方法专属性强,重现性好,可用于皮炎舒乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in Piyansu cream.METHODS The reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method was used. The results of the internal standard method and external standard method were compared. Stationary phase： ODS-C18; Mobile phase： methanol water（ 60∶40）; flow rate： 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength： 240 nm. RESULTS The internal standard method of recovery was 101.7%,RSD was 0.47%（ n = 9）; external standard method recovery was 101. 6%,RSD was 2. 02%（ n = 9）. CONCLUSION Using internal standard method can avoid the error of sample pretreatment on the determination results. The method is specific,reproducible and can be used for the content determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in Piyansu cream.
