摘要
以2个玉米杂交种"郑单958"和"先玉335"为试验材料,采用人工加速种子老化的方法,对玉米种子活力指标、种子内含物质含量及生理指标进行了分析。结果表明:随着种子老化程度的加深,"郑单958"和"先玉335"种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数逐渐降低,老化至8 d时降至0。"郑单958"和"先玉335"种子过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶的活力逐渐降低,电导率、丙二醛含量逐渐升高,粗脂肪、可溶性蛋白含量先升高后降低,有机酸含量总体上呈升高的趋势,脯氨酸含量呈现上升的趋势,但老化至8 d时,种子脯氨酸的含量明显下降,可溶性糖含量的变化不规则。相关分析表明:"先玉335"种子活力指标与有机酸含量呈极显著负相关,2个玉米种子的活力指标与生理指标相关达到显著或极显著水平。
Using two hybrid cultivars zhengdan 958 and xianyu 335 as experimental materials, by artificial aging method, seed vigor indexes, embedded substance content and physiological indexes of maize seeds were studied. The results showed that germination rate, germination index and vigor index of zhengdan 958 and xianyu 335 seeds were reduced gradually with seed aging, and dropped to zero on the eighth day. Peroxidase activities, catalase activities and dehydrogenase activities of zhengdan 958 and xianyu 335 seeds reduced gradually. Malonaldehyde content and conductance in?creased gradually. Content of crude fat and content of soluble protein increased at first and then de?creased. Content of organic acid increased at the overall level. Content of prolin increased gradually and then decreased obviously on the eighth day. The changes of soluble sugar were not regular. Cor?relation analysis showed that vigor indexes and organic acid content of xianyu 335 seeds were nega?tively correlated. Correlation between seed vigor indexes and physiological indexes was significant or extremely significant.
