小麦种子活力与其保护酶活性关系的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以周麦18、百农207和百麦196种子为试验材料,通过发芽试验及种子过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的测定,来研究小麦种子活力与其酶的关系,结果显示:无论非处理与老化处理的种子,百农207的发芽率最高,周麦18次之,百麦196最低;其对应的3种酶的活性相差较大,百农207种子中各种酶的活性都高于周18和百麦196,这说明3种酶活性越高,小麦种子活力越强。 In order to research the relations of wheat seed vigor and enzyme, selecting wheat seeds of Zhou18, Bainong207 and Qimai196 as the experimental material, three varieties of seed vigor situation were learned about by the wheat bud experiment and aging treatment; Again through measuring method of suction light value of seeds, three varieties of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) activities were also determined. The results showed whatever the no processing and aging treatment, the seed germination rate of the Bainong 207 was the highest, that of the Baimai 196 was the lowest; And the three isozyme activity was similar, the enzyme activity of Bainong207 seeds was higher than the Zhoumai18 and the Baimai 196, this showed that the three enzyme activity and the seed vigor had a significant positive correlation.
