摘要
为了更好地促进美国红枫(Acer rubrum L.)在河南商丘的引种栽培和推广,对3个美国红枫品种四季红、红点和秋火焰的种子萌发特性进行了研究。结果显示,在室内30℃/20℃、25℃/15℃、20℃/10℃和15℃/5℃(12 h/12 h)的4个温度梯度及每天12 h光照或全黑暗条件下培养28 d,未处理种子和室温干藏4周种子均不萌发,低温层积4周和温水浸泡后层积4周种子萌发,12 h光照下比全黑暗下种子萌发率提高0~4%和0~14%;温水浸泡后层积4周比低温层积4周种子萌发率和萌发速率分别提高2%~21%和0.02~2.17;温水浸泡后层积4周,3个品种种子萌发率和萌发速率均在30℃/20℃条件下最低,秋火焰种子萌发率和萌发速率在20℃/10℃条件下最高,分别与最高温下相差12%、2.15,四季红和红点种子萌发率和萌发速率均在15℃/5℃条件下最高,分别与最高温下相差16%、21%和0.91、1.93,说明低温比高温更有利于种子萌发;田间4月15日至5月15日的种子萌发特性与室内20℃/10℃和25℃/15℃下的种子萌发特性相近。因此,如在本地利用种子繁殖法引种栽培这3个美国红枫品种,需将其种子经温水浸泡后层积,然后在本地温度较低的月份浅播,较有利于引种栽培成功。
In order to improve introduction and culture of Acer rubrum L. in Shangqiu of Henan province,seeds of three cultivated varieties of Acer rubrum L. named Season Red,Red Point and Autumn Flame were chose as experiment materials,and germination characteristics were studied both. The results showed that when seeds were incubated at daily( 12 h /12 h) temperature regimes of 30 ℃ /20 ℃,25 ℃ /15 ℃,20 ℃ /10 ℃,and 15 ℃ /5 ℃ in 12 h daily photoperiod or constant darkness for 28 d,seeds without treatments and seeds stored at room temperature did not germinate,while seeds treated with cold stratification for 4 weeks and cold stratification for 4 weeks after soaking in warm water both germinated,the germination percentages in 12 h daily photoperiod increased by 0% —4% and 0% —14% compared with that in constant darkness; compared to cold stratification,cold stratification after soaking in warm water could significantly increased the germination percentages and germination velocity respectively by2% —21% and 0. 02—2. 17; when treated with cold stratification for 4 weeks after soaking in warm water,the germination percentages and germination velocity of three cultivated varieties were the lowest at30 ℃ /20 ℃,germination percentages and germination velocity of Autumn Flame were the highest at20 ℃ /10 ℃ which were higher than that at the highest temperature for 12% and 2. 15 respectively,germination percentages and germination velocity of Season Red and Red Point were the highest at 15 ℃ /5 ℃ which were higher than that at the highest temperature for 16% and 21%,0. 91 and 1. 93 respectively. All these indicated low temperature was better than high temperature for seed germination.Besides,germination characteristics of seeds both in the experiment field from April 15 thto May 15 thand in the laboratory at 20 ℃ /10 ℃ and 25 ℃ /15 ℃ were the same.
