摘要
目的:探讨电针曲池穴、神门穴对心肌肥厚模型大鼠血管紧张素Ⅱ及内皮素1影响。方法:SD大鼠50只随机分为假手术组、模型组、曲池组、神门组、曲池加神门组,每组10只,建立腹主动脉缩窄法心肌肥厚大鼠模型,电针组采用连续波,连续治疗14天,通过放射免疫法测定血浆和心肌组织中血管紧张素Ⅱ及内皮素1的含量。结果:曲池组、神门组、曲池加神门组的血浆和心肌组织中血管紧张素Ⅱ及内皮素1的含量治疗后与模型组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:电针曲池加神门可以明显抑制腹主动脉缩窄法引起的心肌肥厚,分子生物学的机制可能是通过降低血管紧张素Ⅱ及内皮素1进而发挥抗心肌肥厚的作用。
Objective: To discuss the effect of electroacupuncture at Quchi and Shenmen on angiotensinⅡ and endothelin 1 in rats with cardiac hypertrophy. Methods: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups by random as sham operation group,model group,Quchi group,Shenmen group,Quchi and Shenmen group,with ten rats in each group. The cardiac hypertrophy model of rat was prepared and rats in electroacupuncture group were received a continuous wave for successive 14 days. Through the method of radioimmunoassay,the concentrations of angiotensinⅡ and endothelin 1 in blood plasma and heart tissue were detected. Results: After the treatment,the concentrations of angiotensinⅡ and endothelin in blood plasma and heart tissue were significantly lower in Quchi group,Shenmen group,Quchi and Shenmen group than those in model group( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at Quchi and Shenmen acupoints can prevent the myocardial hypertrophy hydrochloride induced by abdominal aortic banding through decreasing the contents of angiotensinⅡ and endothelin 1.
