电针曲池、神门对腹主动脉缩窄法引起的心肌肥厚大鼠NO含量的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Electroacupuncture at Quchi,Shenmen on NO in Rats with Cardiac Hypertrophy Constructed through Abdominal Aortic Banding

摘要 目的:探讨电针曲池穴、神门穴对心肌肥厚模型大鼠一氧化氮含量的影响。方法:50只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、曲池组、神门组、曲池+神门组,每组10只,建立腹主动脉缩窄法心肌肥厚大鼠模型,电针采用连续波,连续治疗14天,观察各组全心重量指数和左心室重量指数。硝酸还原酶法测定血浆及左心室匀浆中NO含量。结果:曲池+神门组与模型组相比能显著降低大鼠全心重量指数及左心室重量指数(P<0.05),曲池组、神门组、曲池+神门组的心肌组织和血清NO含量治疗后与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针曲池+神门可以明显抑制腹主动脉缩窄法引起的心肌肥厚,分子生物学的机制可能是通过升高NO进而发挥抗心肌肥厚的作用。 Objective: To discuss the effect of electroacupuncture at Quchi,Shenmen on NO in rats with cardiac hypertrophy. Methods: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups by random as sham operation group,model group,Quchi group,Shenmen group,Quchi plus Shenmen group,with ten rats in each group. The cardiac hypertrophy model of rat was prepared by transverse aortic coarctation,and rats in electroacupuncture group were received a continuous wave for successive 14 days. The heart mass index and the left ventricular mass index were measured. Through the method of nitric acid reductase,the concentration of NO in blood plasma and heart was detected. Results: Compared with model group,the heart mass index and the left ventricular mass index were significantly lower with electro-acupuncturing at Quchi and Shenmen( P〈0. 05). After the treatment,the concentration of NO in blood plasma and heart was significantly higher in Quchi group,Shenmen group and Quchi puls Shenmen group than that in model group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at Quchi and Shenmen points can prevent the myocardial hypertrophy constructed through abdominal aortic banding by improving the content of NO.
