清肝降压饮对自发性高血压大鼠心肌eNOS表达的影响

摘要 目的:观察清肝降压饮防治自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心肌肥厚的作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将SHR随机分为模型组、清肝降压饮低剂量组、清肝降压饮高剂量组和西药组,并用Wistar大鼠作空白对照。灌胃4周后,利用免疫组化方法检测大鼠心肌内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)的表达。结果:各给药组大鼠血压、左室重量指数均较模型组显著降低(P<0.01),同时各给药组大鼠心肌细胞eNOS的表达均较模型组显著升高(P<0.01),其中清肝降压饮高剂量组效果最显著。结论:清肝降压饮可通过促进SHR心肌细胞eNOS的表达,降低SHR的血压和左心室重量指数,产生防治高血压心肌肥厚的效应。 Objective:To observe the effects of clearing liver-heat and antihypertensive recipe(Chinese medicine) on myocardial hypertrophy of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs) and explore the mechanism. Methods:SHRs were randomly divided into model group,low-dose group of Chinese medicine,high-dose group of Chinese medicine and western medicine group. Wistar rats were selected as control group. Following 4 weeks' intragastric administration,the expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) in myocardium were detected by immuno-histochemistry technique. Results:The blood pressure and the left ventricular mass index(LVMI) of every treated group were decreased(P 0.01),the expression of eNOS of every treated group was upregulated,and the high-dose group of Chinese medicine had the most significant effect. Conclusion:Clearing liver-heat and antihypertensive recipe could prevent and control myocardial hypertrophy of hypertension by increasing the expression of eNOS in myocardium and decreasing the blood pressure and LVMI.
