摘要
一氧化氮 (NO)为内皮细胞舒血管因子 (EDRF) ,是心血管系统重要的调节因子 ,NO功能异常在许多心血管系统疾病的发病中起重要作用。催化 NO合成的酶称为一氧化氮合酶 (NOS) ,用转基因方法转移重组 NOS基因 ,重建内源性 NO功能 ,是治疗心血管系统疾病的新策略 ,本文就重组 NOS转基因的研究进行综述。
Nitric oxide is endothelium derived relaxing factor(EDRF)and it is one of the important regulatory factor in cardiovascular system. The abnormal NO function plays an important role in many diseases of cardiovascular system. The enzyme which catalyzes NO's synthesis is called nitric oxide synthase(NOS). It is a new strategy of curing diseases of cardiovascular system to transfer and recombine NOS gene's by the method of transgene and to re-establish endogenous NO function. NOS transfer research of cardiovascular system is summarized in this article.
