摘要
目的：观察210例中医综合疗法干预Ⅰ级高血压病的临床疗效、安全性及生活质量改善情况。方法：选取门诊收集的Ⅰ级高血压患者共210例,分为基础治疗组、穴位治疗组、药穴治疗组,每组均含病例70例,其中基础治疗组予生活方式宣教、限盐饮食、运动疗法;穴位治疗组在基础治疗组上加用耳穴贴压及磁珠按压疗法;药学治疗组在穴位治疗组上加用菊明颗粒口服。3组均干预8周,观察受试者的临床疗效、安全性及生活质量改善情况。结果：穴位治疗组及药学治疗组的临床疗效、生活质量改善情况与基础治疗组相比均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且两组均未见明显不良反应。结论：运用中医综合疗法治疗Ⅰ级高血压,其临床疗效确切,能够有效、平稳降压,改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,且安全可靠,无明显不良反应,显效低价,易被高血压患者接受,值得临床大规模推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy,safety and quality of life of 210 patients with grade Ⅰ hypertension treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： A total of 210 patients with grade Ⅰ hypertension were divided into three groups： the basic treatment group,the acupoint group and the medicine treatment group. Each group included 70 cases. The basic treatment group was given the way of life guide and exercise therapy. The acupoint treatment group added auricular acupressure and magnetic bead compression therapy based on the basic treatment. The pharmacy treatment group added chrysanthemum granules oral based on the acupoint treatment. Three groups were treated for 8 weeks to observe the clinical efficacy,safety and quality of life of the subjects. Results： The clinical efficacy and quality of life improvement of the acupoint group and the pharmacy group were statistically significant compared with those of the basic treatment group（ P〈 0. 05）,and no significant adverse reaction was observed in the two groups. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of grade Ⅰ hypertension has accurate clinical efficacy and can be effective and stablize the blood pressure,improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life. The treatment is safe and reliable,with no obvious side effects. It is easy to be accepted by high blood pressure patients,worthy of clinical large-scale application.
