Objective:To observe the curative effect of autologous platelet rich plasma gel in the treatment of electrical burn residual wound. Methods:A total of 72 cases of electric burn were randomly divided into two groups by half.According to the deep electric burn wounds patients were divided into A group,B group.Patients in A group had external application of platelet rich plasma, while patients in Group B had injection of platelet rich plasma.Patients in control group with the burn wound were divided into two groups.Patients in Group had covering biological skin treatment, and patients in Group b had fault skin grafting. Results:The healing rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P 〈0.05).The healing time in observation groups were significantly shorter than those in control groups(P 〈 0.05).After 2weeks of treatment, wound pain score and scar score in the observation group was lower than control groups, with significant difference(P 〈 0.01).After treatment for 1week,2weeks,blood flow changes in the observation groups were significantly higher than control groups(P 〈 0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation groups was significantly lower than control groups(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:Autologous platelet rich plasma gel has good clinical effect in the treatment of electrical burn residual wound. It can effectively shorten the healing time, reduce the pain of patients, and improve microcirculation.
