摘要
机体抗肿瘤免疫包括体液免疫和细胞免疫,T淋巴细胞介导的细胞免疫为抗肿瘤免疫的主要方式,其中,CD4+CD25+Treg细胞与肿瘤的免疫逃避与耐受密切相关,同时也是维持自身内环境稳定不可缺少的因素之一。拟通过分析CD4+CD25+Treg细胞的生物学特点,初步阐释CD4+CD25+Treg细胞与肿瘤免疫的相关性及其介导肿瘤免疫的可能机制,为CD4+CD25+Treg细胞在肿瘤免疫上提供前期研究基础。
The antitumor immunity including includes humeral immunity and cellular immunity. The antitumor immunity is mediated by T cells. CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells play an essential role in maintaining immunological self- tolerance,and they also can also balance the internal environment. This article will introduced the biology characteristics about CD4^+CD25^+CD4^+CD25^+regulatory T cells,to explain the correlation between CD4+CD25+CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells and immunity of tumor,and the mechanism of CD4+CD25 +CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in tumor immunity. The theoretical basis was provided for clinical treatment.
