银杏叶提取物对雏鸭血清中含免疫球蛋白量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究日粮中添加银杏叶提取物(EGB)对雏鸭血清中含免疫球蛋白量的影响,将80只1日龄肉鸭随机分为4组,每组20只,分别采食基础日粮(Ⅰ组)和3种含不同EGB量(Ⅱ组,0.1%;Ⅲ组,0.2%;Ⅳ组,0.3%)的试验日粮,并于14、28及42日龄进行颈静脉采血,制备血清,分别测定含免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA及IgM的量.结果表明:在整个试验期间,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组雏鸭血清中含IgG量均不同程度地高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中以Ⅲ组效果最显著;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组含IgA量均不同程度地高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05或P<0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组含Ig M量与Ⅰ组比较差异均不显著(P>0.05).说明添加EGB能提高雏鸭血清中含IgG、IgA的量,但对含IgM量影响不显著,其中以日粮中添加含EGB量为0.2%效果最佳. In order to study the effect of EGB on immunoglobulin content of the duckling's serum.80 1-day-old ducklings were randomly divided into 4 groups,and were fed by the basal diet and 3 kinds of the EGB diet(Ⅱ group,0.1%; Ⅲ group,0.2%; Ⅳ group,0.3%),drawing blood and anticoagulation,and then detecting the IgG,IgA,and IgM content of the duckling's serum.During the whole experiment,compared with group Ⅰ,IgG content of ducklings serum in groups Ⅲ,and Ⅳ were significantly higher(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ had higher IgA content(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);the difference of IgM content in groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were not significant(P〉0.05).EGB could increase the IgG,IgA content of the duckling's serum,and the effect of 0.2% EGB group was best.
