摘要
在实际管理工作中,对科研人员的绩效考核管理一直都存在这样或那样的不足,无法让科研人员和管理部门双方都满意。本文结合首都医科大学宣武医院目前的科研人员绩效考核管理现状,试图就绩效考核问题提出一些建议,并探索建立新的科研人员绩效考核动态考核跟踪评价法以期能够对相关管理部门提供新的工作思路并激发科研人员的工作热情。
There are some problems in performance assessment for professional researchers in hospital in practice which causes dissatisfaction of both professional researchers and management departments. Based on the status quo of researcher's performance assessment in Xuanwu Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, suggestions and methods aiming to give some reference for hospital managers and give actively incentive mechanism to the researchers are proposed.
