摘要
针对所在单位的管理现状,通过了解单位科研人员绩效考核的现状,分析绩效考核存在的问题并提出改进措施;通过新的绩效考核管理方法,让科研人员充分认识到绩效管理的目的与作用,规范了部门岗位的考核管理职能,从而有效促进科研人员绩效水平的提升。
Through learning about the current state of the performance appraisal for the research staff of the authors' research institute,problems existing in the appraisal system are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed in light of the management system of the authors' unit.The new appraisal management method makes the personnel fully realize the objective and effect of the system and standardizes the management function of each section,thus effectively boosting the performance of research personnel.
